Learn how to utilize both of these components to maximize your weight loss potential and develop long term healthy habits to maintain your weight and overall health with simple and actionable methods that fit into your busy lifestyle. You have the option of paying as you go with single booked sessions on science backed nutrition guidance on weight loss and general fitness guidance (from a NASM-CPT) -or- a 3 month package with weekly check-ins, science backed nutrition guidance on weight loss, and a personalized progressive fitness program based on the NASM integrated training model from a Certified Personal Trainer.
